Agreement

These Terms of Use cover your use of Deep Sesh: the website at deepsesh.io and the Deep Sesh apps for iOS and Android. By using Deep Sesh, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Some features work without an account; others need you to sign in. One account works on the website and in the apps. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email address and sign-in methods secure.

Free features and Pro

The Pomodoro timer, flashcards, GPA calculator, planner and focus rooms are free to use. Pro adds higher limits and extra features. Current plans and prices are on our pricing page and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions bought on deepsesh.io are billed by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel them from the billing portal. Pro subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and are managed and cancelled in your device’s subscription settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the billing period. Cancelling deletes nothing: you return to the free limits and your data stays.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple’s and Google’s refund processes. For questions about a web purchase, including refunds, email support@deepsesh.io.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your device’s subscription settings first.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create or upload to Deep Sesh. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. Only upload material you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Deep Sesh for unlawful content, don’t harass people in focus rooms, don’t try to break into accounts or the service, and don’t put automated load on the service that disrupts it.

Music and third-party services

Music in Deep Sesh streams from YouTube and is subject to YouTube’s terms. We don’t own that music.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features. Deep Sesh is provided as is and without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our liability to you is limited to the extent the law allows.

Ending your use

You can stop using Deep Sesh at any time and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
